Sometimes a mom just needs a night out. Right? It was wonderful and I'm so glad that, despite the fact that he doesn't "do" Mother's Day (which does hurt my feelings and he knows that), he *does* keep our kids so I can go out with friends and have dinner and some "girl time."
Janet, girlfriend...get. a. watch! :) We missed you!!! Summer, we missed you, too! Next time, be there!

Yay for girls night out! BTW, my husband doesn't "do" Valentine's Day--but I finally realized he shows me how much he loves me the whole year, so I'll gladly take that over flowers & candy once a year! I hope that you have a similar thing with Brad and Mother's Day.
