Check out Nin. God love her! The child is NOT a morning person. She loves to just lay in bed and suck her thumb for a while before she gets out of bed. And I mean a while - at least 30 minutes.
Anyway, we went into the family room and the girls opened gifts. They were thrilled with everything. We had to make them stop playing with Annie's Drop & Roar Dinosaur in order to open their gifts. The very last thing, Brad said "Hey, I need to go out the front door but something is in my way! What is over there? Under the orange sheet?" Elizabeth started taking the sheet off to discover the two Princess bikes. Helmets went on and they jumped on the bikes. So funny! Then we got dressed and went to Mom and Dad's (breakfast was supposed to be at 9:30 - we didn't leave our house until 9:45). We walked in the door and my sister said, "Elizabeth! What did Santa bring you?" Elizabeth, very excitedly replied, "Lip gloss!" Lip gloss. Good grief! How funny is that?
For the past two days she's told me that she loves the doll house that Brad and I gave them. It's the Fisher Price Loving Family house with just about every accessory known to man. They have played and played and played with it. And Annie? She loves to climb on it. Yes, really.
I need to get a picture of her on it and share. Will do that later. It's late and the bed is calling!
