Week 29: July 11-17 2010
Katherine lost her first tooth!!! It was pretty loose and came out while she was eating dinner. She put it in the container for the tooth fairy and she got a $1 bill. She was very excited. She's wanted to have a loose tooth since Elizabeth lost her first tooth about a year and a half ago.
Week 30: July 18-24, 2010
It has been hotter than blue blazes for the past few weeks. Well into the 90s, approaching - and hitting 100-degrees. With it that hot, it doesn't take long for stuff to dry out on the line. I love having a clothes line, especially when I get to hang the sheets out! (love line-dried bed linens!!)
Week 31: July 25-31, 2010
Katherine has lost her 2nd tooth!!! It's a little more difficult to see in this photo due to the light reflecting off her tongue - but there's a bigger gap there!! She lost this one when she ran into the doorway of their bathroom (poor child has been blessed with her mom's gracefulness - and she doesn't always pay attention to where she's going, which adds to it). It was a little loose, but I didn't think it was
that loose. Of course, you're talking to a mom who is totally ooged by the whole loose tooth thing. She was sad that she couldn't find it after it fell out. I flipped on the hallway light and there it was! She got another dollar - 4 quarters this time.
