One quarter of a year has already passed...I can't believe it! This past Thursday, Harrison marked his "Three Month Day." He's such a sweet baby who hates being alone when he's awake, for the most part, and really hates it when Mom eats cheese dip (which I did last night...whoops!). He slept all night on Friday night - went down before 9:00 and slept until 6:30 Saturday morning! People asked if I kept waking up to check on him -- nope! I slept all night, too! Of course we did our traditional "month day" picture of Harrison and Miles the Moose.
Nin had to get into the picture, too (notice her sparkly eye shadow).Speaking of Nin, she had her 4-year-old well-child visit on Thursday. She got FOUR immunizations - MMR, DTaP, Chicken Pox and IPV. She was so brave when getting the shots. She watched as Jeannie gave them to her and cried the saddest little cry. It broke my heart. For her bravery she received four Dora stickers, two Tinkerbell glittery stickers, a lollipop for "now" and three lollipops to take home for her and her sisters later. Then we went to Wal-Mart to get a special treat -- she chose a little makeup kit with sparkly eye shadows and lip glosses -- and water-soluble nail polish. Goosy girl! She had a reaction to the DTaP, which they'd told me could happen. On Saturday morning her arm was swollen at the injection site (about the size of a tennis ball) and hot. I gave her Benadryl and IB as instructed; and that helped it a lot. She wasn't in distress over it and didn't complain at all.
Got the kids a new bed on Saturday and I'll take pictures later. It's a twin over full bunk bed and we're having issues with the younger two wanting to be on the top bunk even though it is Elizabeth's turn to sleep up there. Sooooo, we may be taking the top bunk down and just having a double and twin in their room. This is making bedtime MORE of a struggle. Arrrgh!
Last week of school is this week and then summer starts. My mother's helper starts the third week of June and I know that is going to be such a blessing for me and the kids. Hey, maybe I'll finally get my ironing caught up! (I know, Jennifer, I know...I iron too much!)

OK, that's just spooky... not only are we twins, but now you're reading my mind, too! :)
I can't believe Harrison is already 3 months! Time goes to fast.
We got a twin over full bunkbed a few months back. Had the same issue with Olivia wanting to sleep up top. She figured out how to climb up there, TWICE! Freaked me out! It took about 2 weeks for her to get past the obsession. I hope it works out for you!
oh i'm jealous! you're getting a mother's helper? i could use one of those... what a blessing for you!!!
