Memory...and I ain't talking about the song from Cats

First of all, let's get the birthday girl photos on the blog. Indulge me, please! This is while we were at IHOP waiting on Boop to join us for dinner (she had coffee, we had dinner). The crown is the one that Elizabeth and Ms. Janet made at preschool. E chose the color of the crown, Ms. Janet put all the glue and most of the glitter on it. Elizabeth got to glitter her name.






And this is the UnBirthday Fairy. How stinking cute is this get-up? She got it as her UnBirthday Gift from Bill & Diane and crew. It's the Cranium Giggle Gear Fancy Fairy. If you have a little girl in your life who loves fairy stuff...it is the cutest gift. The wings are motion sensitive and play a little chime as she's flitting around. Cute, cute, CUTE!


Okay, so on to Memory. I'm talking about the card game here. Our next-door-neighbors (everyone wave at Amy...this is how she keeps up with me since our baby monitors aren't crossing anymore) - anyway - our next-door-neighbors gave Elizabeth Jane MEMORY Disney Princess Edition. We had 'game night' tonight after Annie went to bed. We played Hi-Ho-Cherry-O (which Elizabeth calls Hip-Hop Cherry-O), Candyland and then Memory. Brad finished first on Hi-Ho-Cherry-O. Elizabeth finished first on Candyland. Nin bailed about half-way through Candyland. At Memory, Brad is good, but Elizabeth skunked him! Every time she knew where the match was, Brad would look at me like, "Are you watching this? Are you seeing her?" Skunked, I tell ya. Totally left us in the dust. She's good! And that was with all 72 cards. Smart little toot. Nin, meanwhile, was dancing around to Radio Disney and being silly. It was fun. I hope we do it again soon.
