POM Wonderful is...well...WONDERFUL

So, you've had POM Wonderful pomegranate juice, haven't you?  Say what?! You haven't?!  Oh. My. 

I have been blessed to have been selected to sample their product and oh my.  We love it straight out of the bottle, mixed with other beverages (including the "adult" kind) and used in recipes.  I have used it to make a great "Magical Butter Sauce" (I used it in place of the jam/jelly/preserves) and served it with pork tenderloin.  Yum.my!  I also have made granita with it.  POM juice + simple syrup in the freezer - rake a fork through it as it freezes to make it slushy.  The kids loved it, especially when mixed with Sprite.

I bought my BFF a bottle of Cotton Candy Vodka for her birthday.   We tried the Lite POM Dragonfruit with it.  Oh. My.  Kim calls it a GEnius.  (GE = GinaEgg).  It is a wonderful cocktail.  I'm also fond of POM + Patron Silver.

So, now I have some POM Blueberry to try.  This granola is high on my list.  I love homemade granola (and I have 50 lbs of thick rolled oats to use!).  I'm also considering homemade sorbet in the Donvier.  Any other suggestions?  Wondering how it would taste with the vodka.  And if Kim and I could make an adult granita...hmmmm!  Now that she's worked through all her Pillsbury BakeOff stuff, we can attack this!  :)
