This weekend my girls and I are going to be baking cookies and then on Monday - on my way to the office - I'll be dropping off a package at the post office -- those cookies are going to Iraq as part of Operation Baking GALS (Give a Little Support....Bake!) You GO girlfriend! I'm proud of you. (Did I tell you my kid brother is back in "The I-raq" again? Also known in our family as the Sandbox from Hades.)
I need to send a box off that way myself. This past week I've been a stamping fool (I know... I know.. I'm always a fool. ;-D) and I created several dozen cards to send his way so he can either write to people back home or share the cards that aren't his style with soldiers who like them.
Once more, I'm proud of you! (And a sidenote to those who don't want to heat up their houses by turning on the oven... it's been about 120 degrees there... and that's WITHOUT the oven on!)
