Birthday cards

We recently celebrated birthdays for my sister and oldest nephew. Since we'd not had a party for my brother-in-law, I needed to make a card for him as well.

As soon as I saw Heather Nichols' card using Background Basics: Medallions, I knew what I would do for my brother-in-law's card. Mine is a little different due to what dies I have, but I really love that two-color Medallions background!! I cannot wait to do a "girly" version of this soon - and wouldn't it be great in school colors for a graduation card? Anyway, here is my version of Heather's card:

Cardstock: Classic Kraft (PTI), black & white from stash Stamps: Background Basics: Medallions, Framed Out #1 Ink: Classic Kraft (PTI), Versafine Onyx Black   Other: Classic Kraft Top-Notch Twill (PTI), staples, Tag Sale #2 die (PTI)

I also needed to make a card for my nephew - who turned 17. Of course, Annie wanted to use the froggy...and I was excited to use my Honeydew twine from The Twinery. I love baker's twine!
Cardstock: Rustic Cream, Simply Chartreuse, Ripe Avocado (PTI) Stamps: Boy Basics: Frog Hop; Ink: Versafine Onyx Black Other: Nestabilities Labels One die (Spellbinders); Honeydew twine (The Twinery)

And a card for my sister, plain & simple, pink & cream
Cardstock: Vintage Cream, Autumn Rose (PTI); Stamps: Friends 'til the End, Birthday Bash Sentiments (PTI); Ink: Autumn Rose (PTI) Other: Autumn Rose Top-Notch Twill
